Hold Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship?

Many orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. In rare circumstances we might have to delay an order should an issue arise. Should this happen you will be notified immediately.

Canceling An Order

You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped. After an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. Refunds will be subject to our refund policy outlined below. To cancel an order please contact us.

Returns/Refunds

We accept all returns within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. If an item is damaged we will be happy to fix it within 30 days at no charge as long as all the stones are included with the return. There is no restocking fee on exchanges as long as the item is returned in re-sellable condition.
